Leo Maria Holmes is a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Holistic Practitioner, Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher with over 18 years of experience. She practices Reiki in the Usui Tradition, maintaining an unbroken lineage back to Mikao Usui. She is qualified in Reiki Master/ Teacher, Intuitive Reiki, Professional Reiki Development and Reiki Science from the Reiki Academy in London. She has trained in advanced healing techniques with Lars Muhl and is recognised as London’s leading Zephorium Reiki practitioner. Leo Maria holds a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Natural Nutrition and is pursuing a BSc in Naturopathy.

She is affiliated with professional organisations such as the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, UK Reiki Federation, the Federación Española de Reiki and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, enabling her to provide services within the NHS as a Reiki Practitioner and Reflexologist.

It is extremely relaxing, so relaxing in fact that I left feeling as if I had had a whole body massage.
