Aura is curated by British twin sisters Georgie Slater and Sophie Blythe, who have spent the last twenty years seeking answers to life’s big questions.
Aura’s mission is to nourish your spiritual wellbeing so you can live a happier and more fulfilled life.

Sophie (left): “My interest in spirituality started when I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) in my 20s, a condition which affects the body’s ability to regulate its heart rate and lead to me fainting several times a day. Having been told by my doctors that there was no cure, I started a journey to heal myself. I was given three books: Louise Hay’s ‘You Can Heal Your Life‘ on the incredible impact the mind has on the body, ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne on Law of Attraction and ‘Eat Pray Love’, a spiritual growth biography by Liz Gilbert. Through positivity, prayer, alternative therapies and healers, I transformed my health and came to realise there’s far more to us than our physical form.”
Georgie: “I have always been curious about the meaning of life. Even as a child I’m told I was constantly asking questions, trying to discover more about this mysterious and magical universe we find ourselves in. Throughout my travels and various life experiences, I’ve tried to deepen my understanding, discovering some incredible teachers and resources along the way.
After realising that we were spending most of our time together talking about new teachings we had discovered or podcasts we’d listened to and that friends were increasingly asking us for advice and information, we decided to create Aura as a platform to collate our favourite teachers, resources and practitioners who we have personally tried and tested so others can also discover them and advance their own spiritual growth journeys.“
